Holiday Gift Guide: For The New Homeowner

I'm sorry. I"m sorry. I know I promised the last two gift guides to be last Friday and tomorrow, but things happen (forgetfulness). Anyways, to make up for it, I am sharing TWO gift guides today, and tomorrow starts the beginning of a new creative blog adventure (I'm hoping to stick with it so stay tuned).
