2021 Trend Alert: Monochromatic Fashion

The 2021 Inauguration was just a few days ago and it was a fashion MOMENT. The beautiful Michelle Obama, Dr. Jill Biden, and Vice President Kamala Harris all graced the stage and our TVs in stunning monochromatic looks influencing the fashion stage for 2021.

Hold for a moment of appreciate for each womans' looks:

The powerful energy that exuded these women on stage have introduced 2021’s newest trend: monochromatic outfits. From my personal opinion, I can already imagine our Instagram feed’s and everyday street style filled with outfits emulating these women’s looks. There’s a certain powerful energy that comes from a monochromatic look that you just can’t put into words – you have to experience it to believe it.

In effort to feel as powerful as these three women, I’ve pulled some casual and somewhat more formal monochromatic looks together that I’ll be wearing ALLLL 2021. Spoiler Alert: I felt unstoppable wearing each outfit.

Again, the energy I felt the second I put this one was "I can do anything and am ready to face the world. Try and stop me."
