Revolve Haul + Shopping Tips

Updated: Sep 6

I’m not going to lie to you guys – I’ve saved a lot of money during this quarantine by not using up gas in my car or going out on weekends. However, I have spent a lot of money because every online store I love has been gracing us with the best sales ever.

Where am I going to wear these clothes? Not really sure.

Are they super cute? Definitely.

Did I get it a great price? No doubt.

Boxes have been showing up at my door like clockwork these past few weeks, but the one I was most excited for, and most excited to wear, is from Revolve.

Known for its numerous influencer partnerships and brand trips, and of course the cute (but pricey) clothes, Revolve has become one of my newest online shopping obsessions. This was my second purchase from Revolve, and this time I bought two tops and a denim jacket.

Both tops, and the jacket are perfect to style for summer nights out with your girls dancing on a rooftop in the city, so I am just itching to style these. In the meantime, below are some ways I’d style these items if I were actually on a rooftop.

Each of these pieces are versatile. I can dress it up, make it casual, wear it work, wear it to a concert, or anywhere. The cropped denim jacket I styled here with is paired with an ASOS maxi dress. This jacket is perfect for balancing out an outfit. Not pictured here, but I am a strictly mid-to-high rise jean girl. I always find my outfits look a bit off when i wear a normal length denim jacket, with my super high waisted jeans. With this jacket, it'll perfectly meet it at the higher-waist, and not sacrifice the look of the outfit.

The leather top I paired with my absolute favourite vintage Guess jeans. It's perfect like the cropped jacket where it meets the higher waist line without showing off too much skin, and also not hiding underneath the top. It fits so perfectly, like it was tailored to me, and is going to look so great for work or for date nights.

The black and white striped tank is a new closet favourite. I see myself over-wearing this top all summer long. Pairing it with a pair of jeans and my outfit looks so much more put together without looking too done up. A fitted, structured tank like this gives the casual look of a regular tank top, with the dressier look of a tailored top. I was worried about the straps being too long because I'm a short girl, but unlike most tops, this tank has adjustable straps - something I find extremely important in my clothing choices.

Now I’m not here to just show you some cute tops, I’ve got some tips to share, too. If you’re like me and you love high quality clothes at a reasonable price, normally Revolve is not the place to shop. However, I've found some "hacks" that will help you get the best price for the best quality clothes.

  • The Sale section is your best friend. They always have thousands of pieces on there at reasonable prices (where I get 99% of my orders from). And its not like you're getting out of style, last season's clothes. Everything on this page is on trend and just as quality as the regular page.

  • Sign up for their emails. I know tons and tons of store emails can get annoying, but Revolve has secret sales, and promotions happening All. The. Time. and if you’re signed up with their email list you will be the first to know when their sale section is an additional 60% off or your favourite brands are have selective sales.

  • Create a list of favourites. This requires creating an account through the site, but it is definitely worth it. Every item you like/heart on Revolve goes into a My Likes page. When items go on sale, or your size becomes available Revolve emails you instantly, so you’re always guaranteed to know when you get that lowest price!

Hope you enjoyed my mini Revolve Haul I can guarantee there will be more to come. If you have any tips or tricks you have when online shopping let me know I am always looking for a good deal!
